Pricing:
Standard pricing for professional services is based on a rate of $50 an hour. Depending on the nature of the request, we will either quote you the amount of hours required and the hourly rate, or quote a price for the complete job.
For example, configuring and optimizing a web server and adding a FTP server may be priced at $50 for the entire job. On the other hand, server and/or web application security, server hardening, and requests where customer interaction may extend the amount of time required to complete the job will always be priced by the hour.

Be as descriptive as possible: include your OS type and version, the version of software that needs to be configured/tweaked, and any other pertinate information. This will speed up the amount of time to provide the quote and ultimately the turnaround time to get your job completed.
